Your responsibilities

Use RecallMap only for authorized work and only with company information you are permitted to access. Keep your login credentials confidential and report suspected misuse promptly.

Do not invite users, connect sources, approve records, or export data unless your organization has authorized you to do so.

Workspace data

Your organization controls the workspace and the source systems connected to it. Content you add, review, approve, or generate in RecallMap may be visible to administrators and other authorized users in that workspace.

Workspace administrators may manage access, review activity, export records, disconnect sources, and delete workspace data according to their organization's policies.

Approving knowledge

RecallMap is designed to distinguish proposed knowledge from approved operating knowledge. If you approve a record, you are confirming that the record is accurate enough for the intended team or agent workflow.

If you are unsure whether a proposed record is correct, mark it for review or ask the appropriate owner instead of approving it.

Using answers and agent contracts

RecallMap answers and capability contracts are based on available sources, permissions, review history, and AI-assisted processing. They should be checked when the stakes are high, when the source is stale, or when the answer affects customers, money, legal obligations, employment, safety, or security.

Prohibited behavior

You may not use RecallMap to access data without authorization, weaken security controls, upload malicious content, misrepresent approvals, hide source provenance, or cause agents to act on information you know is false or unapproved.

Feedback

If you provide feedback, suggestions, or ideas about RecallMap, VyanLabs may use them without restriction or compensation, unless a separate written agreement says otherwise.
