Acceptance of terms
By accessing or using RecallMap, you agree to these Terms and Conditions. If you use RecallMap on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization.
If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the service.
The service
RecallMap provides software for source ingestion, knowledge review, provenance tracking, freshness checks, and versioned agent knowledge workflows.
We may modify, suspend, or discontinue parts of the service as we improve RecallMap, address security issues, or meet operational requirements.
Accounts and access
You are responsible for keeping account credentials secure and for activity under your account. You must provide accurate account information and promptly update it when needed.
Customer administrators are responsible for inviting users, assigning roles, managing connected source systems, and removing access when it is no longer appropriate.
Customer content
Customers retain ownership of content they submit, connect, or process through RecallMap. Customers grant VyanLabs the rights needed to host, process, transmit, display, and secure that content for the purpose of providing the service.
Customers are responsible for ensuring they have the rights and permissions necessary to connect source systems and process content through RecallMap.
Acceptable use
You may not use RecallMap to break the law, violate rights, bypass security controls, interfere with the service, reverse engineer protected parts of the service, transmit malicious code, or attempt unauthorized access to systems or data.
You may not use RecallMap outputs as a substitute for professional legal, medical, financial, or other regulated advice without appropriate human review.
AI outputs and review
RecallMap uses AI-assisted workflows to propose knowledge records and answer questions from available context. AI outputs may be incomplete or inaccurate.
Customers are responsible for reviewing outputs before relying on them for important operational decisions, customer communications, or automated actions.
Third-party services
RecallMap may integrate with third-party services such as source tools, identity providers, hosting services, and AI providers. Third-party services are governed by their own terms and privacy practices.
We are not responsible for third-party services outside our control.
Disclaimers
RecallMap is provided on an as-is and as-available basis to the fullest extent permitted by law. We disclaim implied warranties including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, VyanLabs will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenues, goodwill, or data.
